Yield:
Makes 9 1-inch slices
Combine Wheatena, water and salt in large saucepan. Bring to rolling boil. Cook 5 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat; cool about 5 minutes. Pour into 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Cover; chill until firm. Unmold; cut into 1-inch slices. Saute, turning to brown on both sides. Serve hot with brown sugar or maple syrup.
